| Customer Reviews: Best I have had so far August 21, 2010 Mark J. O'Connor (Fulton, MO USA) Best mower I have had so far. Per manufacturers instructions, not to be used on ungraded land which probably means not to be used on stumps, rocks and roots, but for lawn mowing it works great. Docked one point because mulching cover can sometimes catch grass but if you make a minor adjustment it works just fine.
DO NOT BUY THIS MOWER! May 19, 2010 Geoffrey P. Morris 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
DO NOT buy the Snapper SPV21675 with the Briggs and Stratton engine.
The cam shaft is very poorly designed and will bend if the blade hits just about anything - small rock, old stump or root etc.
It does not have a shear pin and the material of construction of the cam shaft is very poor.
I have owned the mower for less than one year and the cam shaft has been bent twice - I have never had this happen with other brands.
